Dr. Goth is highly proficient in the extraction of wisdom teeth, and dentoalveolar surgery. Another advantage that Dr. Goth’s patients enjoy is a wide selection of anesthetic alternatives, such as complete general anesthesia, conscious sedation, IV sedation, and local anesthesia.

He is one of only a few doctors in North America to offer low-level laser therapy (LLLT), which decreases pain and swelling following his surgical procedures. It’s also one of the many surgical and non-surgical treatments he offers patients with temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ), as it helps control the pain of TMJ, and other arthritic and muscular disorders. In addition, LLLT treats healing disorders of the jaw following dental extractions. LLLT also, can be a therapeutic aid to enhance healing for those patients who suffer oral complications from osteopenia and osteonecrosis, due to the intake of oral biphosphonates which can inhibit post-operative healing.

Among his many impressive achievements, besides earning his DMD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Goth successfully pursued a double degree, and received an M.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and is licensed as a physician and a dentist in Pennsylvania and Florida.
